Guidelines for the Selection Process

Distribution of marks:

Physical - 50 Marks

Quiz - 20 Marks

Group Discussion - 15 Marks

Interview - 15 Marks

Step-by-Step procedure:

Physical

The aspirants will first appear for the physical test. Aspirants will be asked to submit the uncut videos of the required physical activities till the assigned date & time. Submission of any edited or doctored video will lead to disqualification. Aspirants can take maximum 30 seconds break while switching between an activity but should remain in front of the camera at all times. Aspirants can send the video to their respective group-leaders on WhatsApp as a file or share the video through a link. Only the aspirants who clear the physical phase will be allowed proceed to the next phase of the selection process.

Quiz

Aspirants will be evaluated on their general knowledge and intelligence through a quick quiz. The quiz will contain total 20 questions on various topics like current affairs, general knowledge and reasonable thinking. The duration of the quiz will be 5 minutes only. The aspirants to score passing marks in the quiz will be cleared for further selection process.

Group Discussion

Group Discussion is an important phase of the selection process. Shortlisted aspirants will be divided into groups and each group will be assigned a unique topic for the discussion. This phase of the selection process will be under the direct observation of the Rank-Panel and the ANO of the NCC unit of DCAC.

Interview

Each shortlisted aspirant will be required to appear for an online interview via Google Meet. The interview will be conducted by the Rank-Panel under the observation of the ANO of Delhi College of Arts & Commerce, Lt Bhupinder. The link for the Google Meet (Interview) will be shared by the group leaders to the shortlisted aspirants through WhatsApp. Appearing for the interview is mandatory for the shortlisted aspirants.

Following this process, a list of the selected candidates will be shared on the official Instagram handle of the NCC unit of DCAC. Moreover, the list will be shared with the selected candidates on WhatsApp. The candidates will then be asked to fill up the enrollment form and attach necessary documents at a later date.
